Step 1. Get loads of great SLs/ funny people. Who all make great gameplay, and play on both sides of the server. But stays in same TS/Vent

Step 2. Create a "need" like psyrus said. And make anyone who uses mumble a "reserved" player, they can join the server when its full. You can also make a prefix statment, ask your mumble users to use MblCH or smt. And people will see it and ask "what is that?" And then the whole thing goes automatic.

There are massive number of Chinese players, but they don't often stick with PR.
We can full 1 or sometimes 2 server, but the Game play is frustrating.

The forum, the rules, the teamspeaker, even the translation related to PR(MUMBLE,MANUAL).
We've got all the resources.
Turning one's attitude towards game is not easy.
Get them on mumble is hard, explain doesn't help.

Do people play other less teamwork games in China like COD or BF/?

Ni hao Jolly, it's good to see people getting heavily involved with promoting teamwork.

I have a few video guides (see my sig), including some on squad leading. If you want copies to translate/ without my audio/ any help re-dubbing them just PM me. I'm pretty busy with work but I would like to help.

Chinese ppl play much more less-teamwork Games that you can never image.
All Chinese've got is: Counter-Strike Online and the bullshit 'Crossfire' with stupied Golden weapons which can only be brought by real Chinese dollar.
BTW, Those 'Dollar only' weapons are powful and attracted much Gold diggers into the game. while nice games like BF series wasn't realeased in China, it's getting worse.

Noddy - User was infracted for O/T post. Broad generalisation which has nothing to do with the question asked - nor does it offer any solution to rectify the deficiencies which subsequent on topic discussions have contributed to. The snowball effect of the amount of off topic posts this generated is clearly evident which is why it is the first of a couple to receive an infraction.

I have to admit that their skills are great once they really know to play the Game.
But rambos can not defeat a team!
Skilled Chinese FPS players will never win enemies work as a team.

Do you think it's easy to fly a jet in PR?
Do you think it's easy to shoot people with deviation in PR?
Do you think it's easy to fly a chopper in PR?
Do you think it's easy to do CQB in PR?
Do you think it's easy to lead a squad/team in PR?

These things are HARD, but get easier with practice, here is when the SKILL happens.

Follow PRTA's steps:

Meet someone, tell that person how awsome mumble is, if they use it, give 'em a reserved slot.

See, when a person tells other person how good something is, that person will tell another person and so on and so forth.

Just don't think that you will change how your server's playerbase plays the game overnight, these things take time ;P
