Your power supply unit is not sufficient. Its total 280W combined output and it will not be able to power any of those cards.
What you need to do is to upgrade your PSU to at least 450 - 500W, but since that PC is OEM, chances are its PSU is not in standard size, so 'regular' power supply units will not be fitting in your case. Just a guess, you need to check this.
Then you can concentrate to graphic card. Were you able to fit this card to your case properly?
This card is low profile model designed to fit in slim cases and alike. If you were not able to fit this one in, I'm afraid you will not be able to fit any of mentioned.
If so, you will need to go to third option of purchasing a larger case, and repacking your components in new larger case, so you can get better PSU, and install better graphic card.
Bottom line, I think it might be best for you to go to your local repair shop, and explain what kind of PC you have and what do you want to do with it ( upgrade a graphic card ), and they will give you adequate solution. This is if you think you will not be able to manage it yourself.
