the best way to get sniper DW and be really cool is to start a squad snatch sniper then ditch it leaving everyone confused and upset that they now are unable to grab whatever kits and vehicles they want.

then parade around with ure pistol out secret agent style swinging around corners, now this is especially useful on insurgency for 1 man attacking a insurgent strongholds.

once you have mastered this on several servers within aprox 1 hour as you will have to change servers each time you die and lose the kit, its time for some advanced 'leet'

getting leet or 1337 can be tough but basically snatch kit and grab a ride on a trans chopper thus splitting a infantry group or better yet 1 man a supply truck to the middle of no where. Now destroy it else the bad guys will see it and spot you.

now you are free to take pot shots once in a blue moon at fast moving enemys at range waiting 5 secs in between shots.

O yeah and i almost forgot make sure to aim at the windscreens of the enemy vehicles and technicals to super leet snipe the drivers and bang ure a god dam hero SONH!

"I seriously hope you guys don't do this", according to urban dictionary. Which... I still don't understand ;)
Why shouldn't he look for good players?

Read the original greentext, I never said anything about not looking for good players :P . The context was more about being "good" in PR. :p

Eeeh, whatever, Nessie. I think I won't get it. Never understood that whole 4chan meme business.

Anyway, back to helping the new player I'd say. And I think he's gotten the "snipers aren't that great" bit by now. (@kittykiller, mainly)

While its essential that you learn how to fill the basic roles in PR, I would worry more about getting yourself a microphone, or any Audio input device (Webcams work) to get communicating with the team.
I played PR when I was 12 or so years old back in 0.5 days, and didn't get any hate since I was a lot more mature and helpful than even the older players, and always followed orders, simply.
I honestly doubt anyone will care about your Young Voice so long as the first words you mutter aren't "Can I grab a Sniper Kit?".
And In all honesty, I do not treat anyone without a microphone seriously anymore at all, I believe its simply not the game for them.
Also it should be noted that you will not really learn anything from PR by playing as a sniper from the get go, as someone said before, its Situational, if its not used correctly under the correct circumstances its Useless. It is really only a Kit for experienced players

Back when I was 14 the only online multiplayer games were text based Multiplayer User Dimensions, such as Gemstone III, where you had to type out all correspondence with other players. Back then No one knew you were a dog on the internet.
