That's assuming that this release won't come with a major CTD issue that our beloved testers might have missed?

put it this way. 21:00 GMT is 4:00 PM EST where I live. California is 4 hours behind me so so they would have it around noon; damn them;. If this is wrong please correct me. I heard is was to realease at 21:00 GMT.
