Like this?

It's like G3SG1 - yet not sniper rifle, but already not assault rifle. This AK got extra accuracy, thats why they got such scope.
Snipers with assistants - Special Forces.
Snipers in regular army called as Marksman/Sharpshooter.

I also saw same thing in US army - accurate versions of M4/M16 have bipod and x8 scopes.

Basically seems like your run of the mill soldier, trained for long distance.. probably uses Match grade ammunition too, since that's quite common amongst marksmen.

Well,you right on 50%.
That guns for professional snipers, not for marksmans.
It's like in British sniper pair -2 L85,L115 and spotter devices.
Same thing here - compact Vintorez/AK74M2 for self defense(if needs) + SVD for long range.

If RusFed forces do not get scopes: give every squad option to take RPG and 4 grenade each person.

Make players do ambush, preferrably parallel ambush.

Then Russians will be balanced.

Better yet, do the PKM thing with magical zoom.

T-72s have atgms depends on which model

Talking specifically about PR, can't think of any layer where the T-72 is featured with ATGMs, if I'm wrong, my apologies. However this fact does not abolish my arguments.
