Actually, ping might not that big of a problem, I recently played several matches of skirmish on the =PLA= and UN servers with a 100-200ish ping (I am in Canada) . The biggest problem of all is the language barrier, no N. American or European will usually ever play on Chinese server and no Chinese player will go on NA or EU server because of their accents, which I think can be easily solved if fluent English players just tolerated it, and then we'd just have to start convincing Chinese players to
play on our servers.

To be honest, If you guys wanna play with Chinese community, speak Chinese is vital and without it you will pain-***.
Plus one more thing, Chinese guys dont play PR like you guys, they go quiet different way.
