do u have any webcables exposed to the wind? check them. call isp and ask if it is a problem on their end. wind couldve damaged their central. also speedtest.net and post results. were they any better before the wind?

All cables are under ground as far as I know.
Everything is slower on Speedtest.net, both upload and download speed. Download speed is 2.09 Mbps, it should be around 12.0 Mbps. Upload speed is 0.69 Mbps, it should be around 4.0 Mbps.
I'll call my ISP right away.

Apparently it was my wireless adapter causing the issue. After re-installing the drivers I now get the speed I'm supposed to have. I called my ISP and he told me that my internet is a bit slower than it's supposed to be so they're going to fix that too.
