I laughed to be honest, the Russian faction is using outdated equipment because nobody has bothered to revamp it. I think what they lack is willingness or manpower on the team.
If you suggest they maybe add digital flora they will scream at you since you're not a ~official~ military adviser, and those military advisers are only called upon by the team so its entirely on their willingness to update it.

Manpower.

Not really. It just has to be proven that its
widely issued kit and is it
worth pulling someone from texturing something else to work on it. I am not denying that any of our factions are out-dated at all. It is obviously quite hard to keep up with all the modern changes.

If its man power, then I can understand. Its a massive effort maintaining this for no return other then to maybe add to portfolio. Maybe someday PR will go full game.

I hope so, PR on an even grander scale, and with more publicity (which it deserves)

Would still love to see older equipment like the Bulldog APC show up in PR, even if it isn't totally kosher.

The bulldog I think is still in service? But was never really used much even after "coming into service" in 2006 and even less now.

Would be nice to have some of the past conflicts that are based on true battles/wars (mainly looking at Iraq here since combat withdrawal) to have them accurate to a specific period
Using basra as an example so having the Brits in two colour Dessies and old style SA80.
A dream I know but you get my point perhaps.

... I wouldn't be against it. As long as it's entering or in service and not completely experiment I'm cool with it.

Just look into the community modding, and factions sections of the forum, help is always needed and very welcome there, just ask Rhino for example
Getting something to do is the easy part , doing it requires a bit of dedication

If you feel something is needed then yeah get modeling, and post what you're working on in the Community Modding section. Pretty much how a lot of us got into PR dev team.

Isn't the M113 used by many operators? Including the US still?
I think the M901 ITV variant would be sweet lol. But that just my 2 cents.

The M1134 makes more sense IMO.
