How to host a PR server?

You need to apply for a server license in order to host a PR server.

tic tock waiting on that license approval to host a few PR servers in NZ/pacific region, 4.4ghz devil's canyon cpu... no server side lag here boyos.

Okey, I have working BF2 server, but there is one thing in application:

BF2 In-Game Name:*
BF2 Player ID (PID):*

It is said PID could be found on BF2s.com Retired server is offline there and I cannot create account since PR standalone. I am stuck at this point.
