Same here ! I've listen to all of them And I've listened to all the voices in French and they're even more ugly than what I remembered

The guy just sound so weird, and they've tried to translate literally every sentence which makes it even worse lol

BTW, are the German voices the same ones as in the vBF2 folder? If yes then I assume that the French wont have the "Cease Fire", just like the Germans.

And why's that?

Look for the friendlyfire.ogg file, it's there.

It's there, but in game, I hear nothing, not sure if it's a bug.

A lot of audio files are unused in the final game. Like the "retreat" or "enemy wheelbarrow spotted ! Ha ha !"

And they've actually used them in PR.

And please, Anders, save us from these french voices !! D: We have enough French speaking people in here to re-make these voices lol

And it would actually add some diversity to the speeches right now, there's only one guy doing all the speeches (1 guy for Grunt, 1 guy for SL, 1 guy for Commander, 1 guy for the Commander's aid, and 1 girl to tell you evident things, like the UAV is up )

If someone has a decent mic and a good room to record in, feel free to do so. Nobody's stopping you from helping out .

I knew I had to buy the Sennheiser with the mic ! D: I have good headphones, but... What do you think about a mic integrated in a webcam ?

If that's what you want the French to sound like... let's just stick with the vBF2 voices .

I meant, when I'm playing PR as German, whenever I click on the "Cease Fire" there's no sound for it.
