just updated to 320.18 then I saw this thread :0

Go to your systems tab in the control panel -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Drivers -> Rollback driver.

It should go back to 314.22 or what ever you had previously installed.

I got banned on every server I entered in vanilla BF2 today for: "violation (AIMBOT) #50120". And My GTX660 driver version is 314.22. I suspect it'll be the same with PR too(don't wanna risk).

Is version 314.22 also compromised? I don't use aimbot. I was able to play normally just a week before...

Oh shit......... When will there be a fix for this?

Please make sure you appeal for these bans on evenbalance.com
Give them as much information as possible.

I got banned too but I am running driver version 314.22
So either that is affected too or its something else.
Please tell them about Programs running in the background aswell.

I personally also suspect Bitdefender could play a role. My graphic drivers (as far as I know) haven't updated in the past month or so (is there any way to find out?).

And give us the information as well. Post in this thread or this one here, inform us about your system specs, recent changes, video card, driver version, any other programs like bitdefender and your OS.

For those getting banned with 314 as well. Look if you have GeForce Experience installed. Older versions of Nvidia drivers now also come with GeForce Experience (in some cases). This might be what is causing it instead of 320 itself.

I was banned with 314, but I don't have GF experience installed...

Guess the solution for now is to not play lol

Has anyone with an ATI card been banned? We need more statistics.

hrrmm, kinda glad i haven't had the time to play PR lately. this probably would've given me a heart attack upon the message coming up calling me a hacker. looks like i dodged a bullet.

considering i still wont have time to play in the next little while would you recommend i roll back my drivers or wait for the next nvidia update to hopefully fix it?

I hope I'm not breaking any rules here...but rest assured PBBANS and Evenbalance staff are engaged and are looking at the issue.

You can help by posting as much system information as you are comfortable with.. hardware, and software normally running (i.e; your AV, firewalls etc.)

Props to Brezmans I think are in order for taking up the fight for everybody banned.....something to consider next time you are thinking about having a crack at server admins

I use an ATI card with the latest drivers and have not had any banning problem.

I'm still not convinced it's a Nvidia driver problem.

I updated to the 320.18 WHQL drivers on the day it was released and had no problems with PR with two 8800GT cards in SLI. I've recently upgraded to two GTX 780 cards and I'm still able to play PR without any Punkbuster issues.

So what could it be then? Heck if I know. I'm just glad I haven't experienced any problems (for now).

320's are also fckn awesome in BF3, lol

I think we should create a list in which everyone who got banned for a similar reason provides information about his system, especially which graphics driver and what kind of anti vius software is installed. If we're lucky, we will find some correlations and can indentify the problem. If EvenBalance doesn't do anything we have to do the research ourselves...
