A word of advice; with as little knowledge as you seem to have about bf2 modding, you cant hope ro finish this faction alone. So if you are doing this alone now, you shouldc consider doing a task or two for some other community faction or minimod, you will get to know the game. Then you will have much better time developing your faction, and it will be more appealing for people to join your team.

Food for thought

I would recommend forgetting about the whole idea altogether, for the mean time at least and help out some of the other community factions to gain experience as you can't hope to even lead a team of people to make a mod with so little knowledge, you first need to gain it by helping out others.
