To OC the AMD 8350, at a minimum you want a 140mm radiator in a 2 fan push/pull config.
ex:
Kraken X40 - NZXT with two fans.
Hydro Series? H90 140mm High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler - Hydro Series - Cooling with two fans.
But common practice is that you would go for a minimum of 2x120mm radiator size with at least 2 fans, preferably 4 fans running slower and quieter, to OC a AMD hexcore. This will get you up to 4.7Ghz to 5.0Ghz OC, with low temps and voltage around 1.41 to 1.43 .
ex: Corsair H100, or H100i.
You could also get by with a 'fatboy' 120mm radiator, usually at least 45mm thick, with two fans. But getting to 4.7 will be a struggle with heat dissipation.

Re: GAMING BUILD! HELP?!
If you click on my profile and look at the parts I have, I got them all from Newegg and got a bunch of bundle deals to cheapen it up. I also did all the rebates which refunded me about $80 usd. I built my system, minus the second video card (which is almost not needed) for under $850.00 from the ground up.
Deals are out there, just look at parts your interested and scroll down to see if they'll bundle that part with something else. Almost everything on newegg will give you a price break if you bundle.
