Had a sweet round last night! I created an inf squad and my buddy and I hoped in a boat from the carrier in Muttrah City.

The round had allready begun and a FOB was build in docks and North subs, but were not spawnable.

The two of us (Snake425-me, and 89Diesel) made our way toward North Subs being the MEC had taken west city and surely would attack soon. Prior to reaching the cap zone I decided that a back up FOB would help and since our position was undiscovered I called in for supplies.

Supply drop came and by the time I layed the FOB I had a few new SQ members making thier way to our position (Near the silo between docks and North within the fence line)

We enclosed our selves with wire but we just couldn't get out into the road to build a TOW, HMG, ECT (ALL the while some other SL was bitching on the all sq channel to Move into the cap zone BLA BLA BLA, not contributing and not realizing we had been under fire for the entire time we were trying to just cross the road or build)

Since we were sort of stuck I called in another crate and to my surprise it arived in seconds. At this point I have a full squad of 8 and we are all togather.

We needed to move out, but we couldn't. So I placed a mortar pit, assigned my buddy to it and left one other man there to try and protect him and the FOB. The remaining 6 of us took a major risk and ran like hell across the street to the hotel.

By now our team was defending North subs and the MEC was really pushing hard north and doing well. My men and I engaged the enemy a few times and had to mave around to stay alive.

The part of this round that was sweet is that while my fire team of six moved into the city, I communicated with command and other squads to locate mortar missions, and my mortar man effectively RAINED hard on the enemy as we moved up into position. It wasnt flawless, we had men go down, at one point we all died and had to respawn at the FOB but we stayed alive longed than they did and in the end USMC won the round.

Love the 8 man squads. Love no name tags (they used to hinder my vision, and are a distraction).

I can see maybe leaving 4 men at the FOB in the future to man other assets and just roll out with a 4 man fire team as well.

I really like the idea of having 2 fire teams per squad. Not only does it assign more rolls to my individual squad, but it free up rolls to be played by other squads (other assets ect, rather than a whole squad consumed entirly by mortars)

LOL I wish I had some... I just had som much fun I wanted to share :D

And I had a bunch of noobs in my squad, but since they listened to me and we stuck togather, we beat a bunch of veterans. After last night I had a new mantra for PR.

I know this is kinda basic PR stuff but it's more important now then ever IMO.

1.Mic check "name" (no response gets the kick)

2. STAY TOGATHER (if you get seperated SPEAK)

3. Mic first then rifle. (If you see something in 1.0 you just CAN NOT start shooting. Talk to your squad. Talk to your squad leader)

4. ASK QUESTIONS (If you have no questions then you are an expert and need to create your own squad, otherwise speak up, we all want to enjoy this game.... Not knowing wtf you are doing doesn't help, so ask ask ask!!!)

I have a few PR mantra's that are sticky noted to my command station (aka war room aka man cave)

A few screenshots I managed to get. None all that great, but I thought were not all that bad.

1st pic was Fallujah West, right at rounds end. We were waiting for C4 to be blown to make a last ditched attempt to destroy the final cache.

2nd pic, self explanatory, just a flyby by a Blackhawk and CAS
