Mumble doesn't connect and remains disconnected

Hello, I'm over here in the UAE as well and I appear to have the same problem, except I don't appear to be able to access the proxy.

When I try to join a server now I get the following:

[13:47:30] Welcome to Project Reality Mumble.
[13:47:30] Opening URL prmumble://[email protected]:64740
[13:47:30] Connecting to server 178.63.57.115.
[13:47:31] Project Reality: BF2 linked.
[13:47:32] Server connection failed: Proxy connection refused.
[13:47:42] Reconnecting.
[13:47:44] Server connection failed: Proxy connection refused.

And it keeps on repeating. I've used the hostname 195.229.241.174 and the port 8080, and I've also got Quality of Service ticked. Any solutions?
