When not running with my squad to the frontline to die, but instead having built up a FOB a bit behind it and defending it, ensuring a safe spawn for the team, manning AA, a TOW and guarding some roads and their backs, but then after a while getting messages like "what the f**k is squad X doing back there" (etc) on the teamchat when the rest of the team has been unable to capture the flag.
Then the pressure on me and my squad to move to the frontline keeps growing until I just give in, we move out, some enemy sneaks to the FOB, destroys it and we die on the frontline just to find us spawning back in the mainbase.

In some maps we've successfully kept their CAS unable to operate above them, stopped heavy armour from flanking them from direct behind, defended a flag behind us, destroyed squads who tried to set up ambushes under our choppers routes from mainbase etc but it just doesn't seem to count. You should just rush to the flag, don't think about denying the enemy of access on different roads or anything like that.

When Chinese players punish you for an accidental team kill and his Chinese buddy also team kills you and says in broken English "phuck you". Happens every damn time I play with the Chinese late at night and team kill by accident.

Disconnecting\CTD and losing a good squad. A close second is incompetent medics (Simply avoiding reviving players in a safe area even after calling in 50 times).

Getting shot once by a friendly, warning them then standing up and getting killed by the same friendly who probably also recieved a extra warning on their screen. Makes me wonder if I should of just team killed them first in self preservation.

Any time the server crashes is a bad time.

The most upsetting thing is when you work 30 minutes to get into the server, and then gameplay is shit and you ragequit.

People that not use mumble...Squads that are not locked then you get in to squad-they kick you without a word...then you realize that they are not bots cause you make another squad etc Mech inf-but they start to complain that they are a apc squad so you are not allowed to use their apcs cause you dont know to drive like they do....then you look at a map and you see that there is no logi or inf sq just tank,apc ...then you know that you are at wrong side...but you shut up and eat a shit because hope that next map will be better...except all that crashing server is biggest problem ...nothing els...

Second lack of teamplay and abbundance of randomness in general. If you want to shut down while playing there are games better suited for it and I dont mean in a bad way.

Loosing the squad is painful for me, cause I want to play tacticaly, with brain... Hate squads where noone is talking and whole squad is randomly running around the map...

The lag is much worse and having to lower settings to low settings to be able to play with less of said lag.
