C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\UpdateLogs
The folder is empty, I thought deleting the Project Reality folder in my AppData folder then reinstalling would fix this issue, but when I reinstalled it created the folder again except now it's blank.

Maybe I misunderstood the instructions. Going to try and manually install the patches through the guide tho don't know if it will work without working launcher.

Update:
Seems like it was all down to my own idiocy, didn't know that I could patch it when the launcher didn't work as I thought it was updating through the launcher back when I could use it. My apologies. And thank you very much
