The current civilian situation is certainly not by design

I wonder if intel points can go negative, that is.. below zero. Because it should. That way those players will hear the cries of their teammates and feel compelled to stop the turkey shooting they so love.

Intel points should be visible somewhere.

2 hours later and 60 civilians... all over cnn. big mess those games, but we did the job..
just level the map and hunt the unknowns. that worked well enough.
