IF so, click Support, then click "Copy to CLipboard button", then paste it all here in a reply.
Next, please click on Options->Global Tab->TICK the Keep Update Files tickbox, then copy the location of your Update Log location to your clipboard, Keep this window open...
Default location is C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\UpdateLogs
Open Windows Explorer, then paste the Update Log location in the address bar to navigate to it.
Open the log file with the greatest number, copy all of it, then paste it in a reply on this thread.

There is a Key called Version.
After a clean install of the PR 1.1 iso you have, plus the 1.1.0.0 to 1.1.1.0 patch, it should be set to 1.1.1.0 . Is the Version Key set to 1.1.1.0 ?
If it is set to 1.1.1.0 , you have just a run of the mill problem starting PR.
If you have ANY overlay programs running, shut them down. Steam, Skype, TS3, RAPTR, Overwolf, MSI Afterburner, etc. All will cause PR to crash and show the "Cleaming Resources popup.
