Hold up.
The x4 955 is a 125W TDP CPU.
You are looking for the (newest design) x4 945
The HD 7750 should be able to play at all High details, except maybe will have to set AA only to 2X or 4x instead of 8x. at 1920x1080 .
If you can find the parts as decent prices, it's a decent upgrade option.
