Possible problem:
Page File: 1.39 MB
Page file should be at least 2GB, probably 4GB since you only have 2GB of RAM.
You are most definitely running out of RAM/Virtual Memory when loading up.
1. increase pagefile, follow this video tutorial:
Windows 8 - Virtual Memory - Pagefile Size Settings - Performance and Speed Settings - YouTube
2. Go buy a 2GB DDR2 RAM stick,

I found the problem,
you only have 1.4Mb of Virtual Memory.
increase pagefile to 4GB:

Also, ask around friends/family if anyone has a 1gb or 2gb DDR2 240pin DIMM RAM stick in the 'old parts' bin. Adding that would improve the system with minimal cost/effort.

Nice catch Lito, I read it as 1.4
GB initially. I hope this fixes it.

Okay... I allocated the MAX allowed to virtual memory (4092) and I am still having the same issue... and the support report still says Page File: 1.39MB ....so Im headed to grab a stick of RAM... we'll see if that works... gimme an hour or so and I will report back. Thank you for all of your help.

WTFIDK is right... LOL... maybe I should give the hell up LOL
What I don't get is, I was playing v1.0 fine... no problems. I left for 2 weeks, came back, nothing new was installed, nothing new updated, no changes whatsoever and I am getting this now.
The ONLY things installed on this pc are BF2, PR, and NASCAR Racing 2003 Season. Thats all that has EVER been on here. This computer exists solely to run PR and NR2003S.

As a last ditch effort, if you're comfortable, I can jump on your PC through teamviewer and try to spot anything that's out of place that we haven't uncovered through text-troubleshooting. I can't make any promises but I've managed to fix 2 other peoples' issues over TV that I wasn't able to over the forums.
(we're in rather different timezones but we can sort out a time that suits both of us over PMs)

Psyrus is AWESOME. A quick connect through team viewer and he was able to troubleshoot my problem and get everything up and running perfectly! I can't sing enough praise for the help of him and this community! If you're having issues, let them know... they will do everything they can to get it resolved!
