With the wingtip of Me 109! (vBF '42) God I loved killing inf with that thing. Though it sucked when they realised how easy close-up AT brings down a plane.. Ah, those were the times..

Back to topic.. It'd be nice to have more points for piloting and driving, but balancing it out so that flying a full round equals the same amount of points that Average Joe can rack up with kills is pretty difficult. Maybe so that you only get points from 3 passengers and up? Is it even possible, engine-wise?

The lack of points awarded to drivers/pilots is a major gripe of mine about PR as it's a real teamwork killer. You get pretty much zero points for doing a good job and risk everything by getting kicked for ending up with an almost inevitable negative score unless you are lucky enough to never lose a vehicle.

Basically it's not really worth people bothering to be a dedicated driver/pilot unless they want to get kicked.

Giving them at least some points for doing such a crucial job really needs to be implimented. As it stands, there's still a lot of PR that is anti-teamwork and pro lone wolf*.

(*Don't get me started on the sniper multiplier!!)

I for one would rather fly a little bird an entire round transporting people back and forth (without crashing that is) than actually fight and get points. I love flying in this game, so much better than vBF2.

That's great, and thanks, but as it stands, you are likely to get kicked from a server for losing the odd vehicle.
