AD&A, yes, it's mandarin that's spoken in the game. Cantonese is only spoken in one province plus Hong Kong. I speak some Mandarin (lived 3 years in Beijing), and used to speak much better. But when I traveled to Hong Kong for a hockey tournament, I couldn't understand a single word they said. I doubt very much the Chinese would use any Cantonese in the military, except for any special Hong-Kong units.
Unfortunately they never taught me to say "mayday" in class.
Although I don't get why "bail out" isn't sufficient?
