I tried REALLY hard not to do this because I'm not really this kind of guy, but in the end my spidey sense gave in -.-'

But in all seriousness, while I'd love to have something like this implemented, there's just no way right now to have this work out. Sure, you could have mumble work both ways, and sure, you could do something like garble enemy voices to be understandable unless someone has a translator kit (Copyright Ratface 2014), but for this game right now that would be adding too much for something that ultimately wouldn't do much in the end. Even if you had something like this people would still end up shooting them because, hey, let's face it, everyone loves a good turkey shoot ^^

We need a POW rescue gamemode! Don't ask me how, just do it xD

They used to hold scenario events on a weekly basis and rescuing a pilot or some other person of value was probably the most popular scenario. Unfortunately it doesn't always play out as you would expect (people tend to kill the hostages ASAP), but when a POW/VIP type mode does play out properly it is a very unique and (at times)exciting change of pace.
