I highly support this. As you know, in Germany we take this stuff more serious than maybe other countrys. When I play PR, I have to write a full blown essay about my rounds and why I wouldnt try to reenact the things I did on some shamefull maps like "Karbala" or "Gaza".
We also do psychological tests before and after playing, so we can be sure to not endanger others with our so called "hobby". There have been more shootings by hardcore players of PR than any other FPS.
Good thing that the US and A are trying to step up! Guys, if even the Devs are taking this serious, we should too!

Modifications having to go through the process of having a new Adult rating per development cycle would be costly and counter productive.
