GPU-wise, even old P.O.S. cards can run PRBF2 well, so there's really no need to invest in anything fancy here. Yep. I still have some 8800GT cards in SLI that could max out PR.

Go into your settings and turn down your dynamic lighting and shadows they eat up frames.
my specs
AMD FX quadcore 3.61Ghz
12 gigs of ram
GTX 660ti
I can run everything high but keep down the dynamic lighting and shadows and i keep 60 fps. Also like someone above said mess with audio settings turn off EAX see if it makes a difference.
