team playing is fun, its a bit hit and miss trying to get a good game these days join a voip only squad or one with a [R-PUB/DEV] leading they tend to be good team players.
also the tourment is also a good place for team work(the best infact) you just got to wait for the next campaign.
or iff you really want a realistic game and PR is not your boat, try the Armed assualt demo, but agian thats hit a miss with the teamplay

A wise dev once said.
"You can mod the game, but you cant mod the players"

Ummmm Hello ..... nobody flamed him .....what's going on here ?
The objections he seems to have about the game apply to most any game.
OFP was great but there are a lot of drawbacks that take it out of the running to compare it with PR.
ArmedA is really just a Beta so that doesn't count.
VBS is not a game per se so that doesn't count.
Leaving those out there is nothing that even comes close to Project Reality.
I hope the gentlemen can find himself a good server and join up with a good or even just average SL and see that it's the gameplay that makes the difference.
If he could just spend one round in M.Neilson's squad defending the canyon I'm sure he would have a much different opinion about PR and what makes so many of us fanatic about it.

I did notice alot of arrogance as well when I started to play. In hindsight, is that arrogance actually comming from the "veteran" players? I would say
absolutely not!
If you do come across arrogance, then it's either one of two things.
1) Language barrier and people having a hard time expressing themself
2) Smacktards that just managed to learn how to perform well enough to pass as "good" in this game.
Maybe I'm wrong, cause I can't exactly say that I'm "new" anymore and I usually play with the same players over and over again now. After a while, I learn what server is based where and then wait untill the timezone in that area reaches 22:00. That way most of the kiddies' have to go to bed and you get the more mature smacktards. At least they are entertaining when they are stupid.
