One squad can make difference.

Usually bad teams have couple issues that can be fixed.

First - FOB's. You will have spots where rest of the cannon fodder spawns in and keeps enemy busy.
Second - like my comrade L4gi said - rush as far as you can. But understand the limits, so you don't get rekt by one HAT or APC. And while you keep enemy busy in really good spot (AND YOU ARE NOT LOOSING PEOPLE) and in disarray, rest of the blue guys will eventually capture the flags and GG.

Main factor here is, you must not get killed in most retarded positions, so medic can get you. Also, don't give up straight away. You have five minutes, before you bleed out. That is enough time to wait till enemy leaves and medic gets everyone up.

Go for risky revives as well, and avoid using smoke unless you really really need it. Because it gives away position or its a signal to enemy that revives are going on. Different story is when MG or Marksman is covering, then you don't have much choice.

Basically you have to kill and survive. That is how you make difference.

@All replies

I have only one consistent, every round with me friend who I am playing with and while he's a top squad member, he's not SL material yet. In time he will be, and I will be doing the 2 squads strategy.

It seems that what I was doing to now works: Make FOB's, hoard assets and kill as much as possible, and if all else fails, just play the match to the end, joking with your squaddies.

"PRTA RU" is a recurring joke. :p
