There's also a "default" folder I noticed heres the screens for both files

Been unable to get any further help here, seems noone can figure out the issue and I appreciate trying, so im redownloading PR did a deep uninstall, at my wits end for options trying to solve this for over a month or better. If I figure it out ill be able to help anyone else with the issue.

Oh okay gotcha. If anything changes or works ill post back.. least can be reference if anyone else has a issue.

Update on a observation I made that may or may not matter, when running from the launcher a small square black box pops up in the upper left hand corner then goes to fullscreen to start. If I run the pr.exe from the root, it just pops into fullscreen and runs. Thanks
