Mineral, its the idea that a server has a direct link to the root of the game. It would give a tone of seriousness ,not meaning that having fun would be prohibited. Only reduce the quantity of bad stuff hapenning.

Having a higher standard of administration to run games with higher quality.
(high standard doesnt mean highly enforced strict rules, it means more mature adults)

I have no idea what constitute the admin post inquiries in actual operating servers, but it's surely low. Very young impulsive mens control some of the most played servers.

It is a major problem IMO.

And alot of players during rounds complain, for either lack of administration (no admins in-game) or either bad service quality. It is hard to briefly explain.

There may not be available solution either.

As I said earlier, I am not a staff of any sort over here.

Only, I know an admin play a great role in the quality of a round.

I think I exposed my point thx for reading & further insight.

Edit:
'[508th_PIR wrote: Grey;2106840']Aren't all PR servers technically "official" anyway? What with the whole vetting/licensing procedure, it not as if just anyone can set one up.

That's a bullshit attitude. Forum presence is not a meaningful metric. Besides, his join date and first posts predate your first post on this forum.
No, they are not.

I know. simply I created this account at the same moment i started playing PR, since it looked like a game based on a dedicated player base. Only I never had to use it since I perceived the forum as a troubleshoot/suggestion platform.. Not an actual forum to fool around.

I see alot of hate coming from the community. Maybe i'm wrong. I will leave, bye.

Well... the annoyance is that you came to the forums to complain about the player base. You're not contributing anything.

I wonder why.

Here is a suggestion, make you own server run it as you see fit.

And on another note, I joined 2 years earlier than you, and have been playing for an year earlier than that, so my opinion carries more weight than yours...see how that sounds ?

No hate man, just the same amused indifference I always have when people burst in and decry the decay of the playerbase.

''I wonder why'' ..
Does anyone have a comprehension of the english language here? How was it offensive to say that someone has a juvenile portrait of PR if he started to play in 2015 ? Juvenile means young. And PR is almost 10 years old.

Yes jevski, your opinion weight more than mine for BF2 :P R, and I respect the statue of veteran you have. Since you seen the mod evolve more than i did, you seen the community evolve, and therefore you have a better critical opinion on the evolution of the mod.

In all rationnal thinking.

On an other note, all the other who replied on this post can go have a soap on their dirty tongue! y'all have no capacity to use your words wisely, only a bunch of orange juice dancer!

To distribute such hatred over someone your life must be critically lame. If you are not interested in my opinion, avoid to spit such unconstructive replies on this thread and move on! Kidz.

It's a forum. if you don't want replies, don't post. And you are the one who brought the negativity. Reap what you sow.

And what exactly is "orange juice dancer" supposed to mean?

Grey, I have to concur with earlier posts. Either he is a troll, or he isnt very old. Its clear he has no intention of a mature discussion. He is either looking to rile people up, or have people blindly follow his way of thinking without question.

That he does not get, that his tone is negative and condescending is just another evidence of either age or troll status.

And Darwin, I think its you, who have a poor comprehension of the English language. Calling someones opinion juvenile is both condescending and poor choice of words.

Juvenile - definition of juvenile by The Free Dictionary

I think a moderator should lock this before it goes out of hands.

Jevski, this is the prime definition of the word Juvenile from this source you sent yourself:

ju?ve?nile (jo͞o′və-nīl′, -nəl)
adj.
1.
a. Not fully grown or developed; young.

I think it is reasonnable to say someone who joined the PR community in the last 10 month has a less ''Fully grown or developed'' idea of the game, in comparison of someone who seen all the updates.

You guys make no point, are soft hearted and disturbed by a suggestion obviously, I do not try to make anyone follow me blindly on that topic. I just exposed my point of view and repeated several time i was not a staff and did not knew if the possibility was viable.

I am dissapointed by this poor reply of you Jev.

standards are relative and expectations are subjective but overall i had nice experiences with, on average, well organized teams since i started to play PR more frequently again recently.

if you compare it to the most rigorous teamplay you ever had in PR, not every single public multiplayer experience might live up to it, but that has allways been the case anyway.

if you compare PR public multiplayer to, lets say, any other game that exsists, its pretty damn sophisticated. if you are not satisfied with the level of teamplay on any given PR server, go play e.g. Arma 3 on a public server for a while, it will readjust your perspective.
