Any serious reply to the problems I posted though?

While i completely agree with thermals stuff(tnx for refs), aiming problem is something that's still have to be investigated.

So far my guess is that when you're sending command to place TV target at some point, it's using target place from previous frame.
Probably solution could be to move HUD a bit lower as targeting always being done on center of screen.
