ok, to make something clean.
When doing Battlerecorder, I need an admin to turn Battlerecorder on and off.
I can't just have Battlerecorder running the whole time, because I will not be albe to fiuger out which is the secne I want and in betweens sences, when no one is doing anything. I don't want to hop onto a server that already has BR on it and start doing parts of the movies. I need a server with BR, but need an admin to contral the BR's on and off.
