Download is so damn slow on launcher - any torrents?

I'm getting an estimate that it will take over an hour to download the update whereas a friend downloaded it in only a few minutes. Did a speed test just now to ensure it's not my network and everything seems normal. Any comments?

I got 100/50 internet, steam downloads with almost full speed - launcher only 80-120 kb/s, esimated time about 3 hours..

Painfully slow DL speed but it's getting there. Going to have a blast in about an hour or two.

Use the torrent. Takes actually less time to download the whole game again than trying to update it.

oh.......I waited for a long time,appreciate.

Downloader is so slow, 100kb/s here but I assume so many people are doing at same time.
