What is the're to speak about? You know what happened, you have the logs and the reports, hell you are even in the same clan as the abusing admin.

Considering ive never spoken or interacted with you personally, i find it perplexing how you would take such an attitude towards myself.

So, what actions have been taken? And what is perplexing about no response from yourself or anyone in the PRTA community about the abuse to myself? How is a statement false when there has not been any correspondence between yourself, your admins and me in regards to what actions have been taken.
You are in charge arnt you? Arnt you meant to take control of issues such as this, arnt you meant to be mediating between the public 'me' and PRTA 'you'? That's what lead admins do isn't it?
This is very constructive feedback as it is showing the complete disregard towards us/me the public, so pulling that banner along with the drama banner won't work I'm afraid.

Had the full inf squad I was in randomly resigned today for being a "free kit" squad. No warning or anything, and no way to tell who did it.

Admins are currently quiet overzealous it would appear. Also worth noting that a oneman squad consisting of only a PKP was allowed to stay.

Meanwhile the guy I reported over 20 times for 20 minutes (Honestly, check the logs) for no mic and free kitting sniper gets away with it.

Tobi has historically dealt with all issues on this thread, and thats why you dont see me responding here, that and I am very busy majority of the time, but as you've expressed here there definitely seems to be a break in communication, which is unfortunately causing some understandable tension, for which I apologise. I can assure you non of this was done intenionally, but alas I will address this going forward.

I would prefer if the majority of PRTA Administrators had the ability to view this thread but not all of them have the ability for various reasons so, going forward if you would like everybody to raise any concerns or file a report on prta.co under the support section, This way i can ensure that these will get seen and dealt with in a timely fashion.

To address the situation with your personal complaint, We have a 3 tier warning system for all of our Administrators listed in our Administrator procedures, Ark has been verbally warned and has been documented in his dossier file. So 1 Warning has been applied to his file, he has also been advised on how to deal with these particular situations in future.
All of this comments that were relayed to him has been taken on board and hes accepted the advice that i have given him.
I personally prefer to help the community learn on how to improve through feedback and giving everyone the opportunity to improve and build upon there adminining skill set rather than remove them out right, it produces more of a positive outcome when dealing with players that are new the administration.

Considering you are a well respected member of the community Bluffer, i appreciated your feedback and by no measure is it ignored, my communication in this thread thus far has not been present due to the aforementioned reasons stated above, due to the fact that Tobi normally deals with these issues and mediates in this area.

So from this point forward, this thread will be locked after your response and removed in few days time, after which id respectfully ask you to raise any issues you have on our forums, and we will promptly deal with those in future.

If you wish to reraise the admin report on our forums, you can do so, Ill leave that up to your discretion. Alternatively I can raise it on your behalf and we can discuss it there further if you deem it appropriate.

For the record, I do not participate in drama, I actively avoid it at all times.

Just ins, several times in a row. Quite boring to be honest.
Every time the round switched the server lost 20 players.
Last map, lashkar late at night ended up losing 40.

We normally don't play multiple ins maps in a row late night, normally we play 2 ins rounds back to back and then return to aas.
We are just trying something new tonight to see how it works

Hey there, I was just alerted to this thread and reading it, it does seem like a bit of a storm in a teacup? Before you all 'go off', let me say I'm writing this in my personal capacity and may not be the views of the PRTA admin..despite me admining on occasion.
A few things to start...
Sometimes there are no admins on (we gotta sleep work too) Sometimes there is 1 on a full server and at times there are 8. Maybe some of you have admin'd but for those who have not, we also want to play the game a bit. With 90 ppl on, msgs flying up the screen, squad leading, hearing comms from other sqd ldrs and your own sqd and maybe also other admins on Team speak we do miss stuff like a request to switch or reports about slaptards being...well slaptards. We do try I promise. We want a well controlled server without slaptards and a good game with good attitude from all involved.
Bluffer, I do personally think the admin in question had a humour failure, maybe he got out the wrong side of bed or is trying to quit smoking but as it was, you got resigned, not kicked or banned. Make another squad and chill, let it go dude and be the bigger person. I in my personal capacity would not give a shit and wld probably laugh. In an effort to have admins on we recruit and people take time to get it...maybe you want to apply Bluffer, be the change you want to see ppl!
The armor sqd being resigned too, in my eyes, was harsh, if you are first to create I dont care if you called Arrrmooour (even without the u). That said, of all the millions of frags and hundreds of games these are 2 or 3 things that ppl seem to be going on about?? Is there some vendetta going on that Im not aware of?
With the resigning of squads, I too was leading a sqd with a sqd ldr kit and got resigned by Rivers via prism (then kicked as I didnt realise I wasnt in a sqd) Prism has issues sometimes and ppl have finger trouble on occasion. Suck it up princess's!

We have a recording of the maps and we had 5 AAS in a row, then we had 2 INS maps and it was a full server. Im afraid we cant please all the people all the time, it is impossible.

(edit) I see there were more ins maps after I left but it was 12.45 and ppl gotta sleep which also leads to population decline.

Despite peoples complaints PRTA is generally the most played EU server out there ( there must be a reason for that?), the admins ARE on and DO try ( we are not perfect tho...well maybe me)

Finally, focus on the good times/games and not the few bad incidents, it will make you an ugly person and generally make you want to look for trouble (which none of us want).

We love you guys, put away the hatchets and come play...which is not to say dont keep providing us with feedback on how to improve.

Well I'm sorry to say Tommy that playing on PRTA is like playing with 50% "slaptards" and as this server feedback thread shows Evan the admins are not out of this equasion. Coming from a clan with a server and over 6 years admining experience from UKWF N.W.A and MeRk we are no newcomers without lack of experience.

If our admins step out of line as often as PRTA admins do our feedback page would look a bit like this ^^^^^^^^^^

Not trying to be rude but admin on your server needs bringing upto standard

If you keep getting reports the whole game you are doing something wrong. You should get most reports in the beginning and when assets spawn. After that there should barely be any reports on the server because the problem players have been removed. But sometimes your actions are just a joke.

A friend of mine (wokinstorm) got banned for "baserape". He killed a Shilka right on the last flag on Sbeneh 30 min into the game. The appeal clearly shows that the action was in NO WAY justified. Yet since then noone responded. Has there been any action? I guess not.

Meanwhile, someone else, who stole a Tornado on silent eagle, crashing it into the fence, gets warned and then steals the CAS chopper and flips it as well. THEN he got TEMPbanned.

You should just sort out the problem players in the beginning and then you will barely get any reports within the round. But if you warn those people too often (and too late) then the reports will continue.

And: Any admin who is not able to handle a full server by himself should not be an admin. Seriously adminning is not always easy, but it is also not as hard as most admins claim.
