I doubt its going to be release in 4-5 hours, there is still some people in the test server which means they are probally doing final moment checks which means they havnt uploaded it yet. Probally takes about 7-10 to upload 1.6GB :-/

Say, will there be a torrent up 'n running too? I'm guessing many people will be downloading the new version and if we use torrents, the PRMM website will still respond*
