Ironically, for me, COVID-19 has meant I've had far more r/l work than normal. I'm hoping to make some headway with it and the PR:F update over the winter but other things could pop up eating away at my time. I haven't given up on getting it finished thou. In the grand scheme of things, it isn't actually that far off from being done, it's like ~85% of the way there at a rough guess, it's just a matter of finding time to do that last ~15% which really concsists of finishing off the textures, making the proper LODs and COL Meshes and then coding/effects etc hehe. Then once that's done there are other things I want to also do for the next PR:F release haha so might not be quite as small as that.

Cool, shame the playerbase has withered away to all but a few russians, brazillians and various muslamics that only want to play insurgency.

NO NEED FOR THAT, perhaps you should be grateful people all over the world are enjoying this amazing game.
no seat limit is game changing imagine actually escorting and protecting a heavily laden transport that has most of the team on it guna be amazing. thank you for 11 years of great times.

I would like to report a bug in this new version. The mouse wheel does not operate properly.

We found that the main cause of this problem is actually caused by the operator of the mouse, but we're adding a slider to adjust it regardless.

except new recoil/deviation. They still seem happy to have people with no firearms experience make it. Hitting 50% of my shots with an m16 at 600m is totally correct........

Looked over our list of requirements and indeed, such a thing was not listed. The files have not been touched for 7+ years save for some additions and fixes.

I recently arrived back home from army training as an infantryman and I can say for certain that some of the weapons, although aesthetically pleasing, shoot nowhere near to what they are actually like to shoot but I have to blame the game engine on that. There is no sight alignment sway like a figure 8 when trying to steady your aim and yes even when we were absolutely sure our aim was on point we still missed targets out on the range. We blamed the pop-up targets computer for not registering the hits but who knows for sure. In my opinion, though it is entirely way too easy to hit targets in PR and the damage needs to be increased due mainly to compensate for latency issues like lag and such. I have an amazing computer set up but when I shoot someone point-blank or duck around a corner to avoid being shot and it's clear in reality I would be the winner. In the game, I duck behind cover and still get killed by the guy shooting after I am behind the wall. Also, when up close with the enemy and split seconds matter I am killed first when I clearly shot my weapon and hit the other player first I end up dying. It's not perfect but due to current circumstance with the number of DEVS and limited by the game engine its still an awesome game and I play it way more then SQUAD
P.S. I've been playing PR since v0.9 and I have to say its come a long way and please if you could incorporate a way to decide on how area attack is delivered such as an option to drop arty barrage or a JDAM like the old area attack that would be soooo sick!!!! better yet just create a Moab.

Welcome to online gaming. Unfortunately, BF2 did not break the speed of light, and favoring the shooter is the solution in every FPS game.
I am killed first when I clearly shot my weapon and hit the other player first
You must understand that
everything you see that isn't you comes at a delay.

Not to mention sometimes there is some kind desync or something so you can get "shot", see blood etc. but this hasn't been registered so you're perfectly fine.
