Like i put im my other post it dosn't work like that the bullets go out sideways (like in a cone) so you cant pull down as you fire. Let me put it this way in burst mode with the Qbz i can fire proberly 3 to 4 times the distance that i could with an M16. Its like the M16 is working on random deviation like vbf2 did and the Qbz is working on a recoil system. I kid you not i have litterally walked around a corner and spotted an enemy no further than 10 to 15 metres away prone and facing the oposite direction. I've stoped braught up my sights aimed directly at the centre mass and fired and every single round from the burst hit the ground around him (i could tell by the splash when it hit the floor). And ive been in way to many situations were the exact same thing has happend time and time again, single shots great but burst is just terrible.SethLive! wrote: The burst function is very useful for close range, just drag your mouse down while you shoot and you'll be really accurate.

Same with AK-47.
Should be slightly increased IMO.danthemanbuddy wrote:Have you played v.5 yet?
G3 kicks up and dances around people.
But your a sneaky *******. Just your legacy.. I mean I always seem not to see you. :ninja time:JellyBelly wrote:Trick is to wait till the enemy is closer, then aim just below the neck and tap of a single round at a time. Its hard to get right, but at a range below 200 meters you can guarantee a kill, as long as Muhammed and Ching Chong havent seen you first, that is.
Thats the way it is suppose to be. You really think you can hit someone with a three round burst even close to that of the single shot???DirtyHarry88 wrote:Burst fire is now useless unless in very close combat.
You use your sights at 10-15 meters? i never use it that close just point and click. Look where the bullets land and ajust accordingly. In cqb, burst is verry easy to control, long range is another story but that is what single shot is for. Though i do think recoil is exagerated. When you are fireing prone (or any position that is braced), after you shoot, you feel the recoil but the sight comes back to where you positioned it which allows you to fire quickly and accurate on single shot. Not the same speed as full auto, but is more accurate. Anyone else that has fired an assault rifle a few times i'm sure can tell you the same thing. This game however, due to i'm sure the engine seems like it shows recoil by moving your aim and making you adjust. Still think the saw isn't accurate enough. With a bipod you can lay a lot of rounds in a small area quickly when braced correctly.18Zulukiller wrote:I kid you not i have litterally walked around a corner and spotted an enemy no further than 10 to 15 metres away prone and facing the oposite direction. I'm talking about not much further away from very close quarters.00SoldierofFortune00 wrote:Thats the way it is suppose to be. You really think you can hit someone with a three round burst even close to that of the single shot???
You are imagining it.DirtyHarry88 wrote:I'm talking about not much further away from very close quarters.
It's like everyone else seems to be able to use it in game, or am I just imagining that?
What about my friend elmo who stands on my shoulder, am I imagining him too?00SoldierofFortune00 wrote:You are imagining it.
If its that close, rush 'em firing from the hip. Thats what I do.DirtyHarry88 wrote:I'm talking about not much further away from very close quarters.

Amen to that Fracsid. i love my M16, and the Rifleman is about the only class I ever play, but I feel the US gets the short end of the stick when it comes to the Rifleman. They need the M16A4 w/ a scope.Fracsid wrote:I personally love the M16, It's excellent on semi-auto, but three round burst is only useful in close quarters. I can't wait for the M16A4 with optics! Rifleman is pretty much the only kit I ever play.
No, that is called the Tickle-Me-Elmo X.DirtyHarry88 wrote:What about my friend elmo who stands on my shoulder, am I imagining him too?
