The only problem is they are out of place in the conflict depicted in PR. If this was afghanistan maybe.....

but that's what I'm talking about. There are many maps in P.R. that take place in Afghan region, am I correct?

Desert Combat Final had stationary camels that would blow up if you shot them. Pretty amusing. Al Nas was the name of the map I believe.

If I remember correctly you can't do the vehicle walking animation in this build of the engine. That was the big deal with 2142. It was one of the reasons that it was a stand alone release, and not just a booster pack for BF2. That and EA thought that could make more money that way.

so you're trying to say that you can't get a horse to properly move in p.r.?

If you want horses you should check out the wildwest mod for BF2...
It's now defunct though since their modeler made some big nonos such as stealing models and skins....
However, there are still some images around worth checking out!
scroll down a bit
Never mind that it's a swedish forum, you're not there to read the posts anyway!

I'm going to go into their forums- translate and see if I can use permission to use their models so that we could have them in P.R. Thanks BlakeJr.

and it's also dead.... Devildog didn't actually do the models nor skin them according to a news post about a year ago. They never found a replacement and the mod died.
But those screens ARE pretty.

ya think they still have the models? Maybe they could work with us or something.
EDIT: I meant the persons who were in charge of the mod might not have deleted the models. If not then I'll try to make a model.

Seriously doubt it. I don't even know from where Devildog stole the models and since they are not the property of the WildWest mod in the first place the chances are slim at best.
Do a bit of googling on the wildwest mod for bf2 and maybe you can finf out the origin that way...
Good luck.

BlackJr, do you think you can give me a link to download the mod (since I don't need Swedish) so I can take the folder and post it so it could be used...

Will you have to request a rider kit from the horse?
*** Warning *** You have no saddle. You have 10 seconds to dismount this horse before penalty ***
