Shader glitch only appears if your using certain video options. If you choose high lighting settings you'll start to see radioactive Brits

why is this such a big deal?
i doubt there has ever been a time in the middle of the game where you just stop a stair at somebodies face for 5 mins.
and by the way, if you do do that your a creep and i will most likely shoot you in the face.

I don't spend too much time looking at the soldiers details. Plus, my settings are all on low, so everything looks like **** to me.

There is of course the heavy, black soldier (Which I've noticed in vBF2! Do you think EA was making a chuckle on South Park's 'Operation Human Shield?'

)
and the lighter white soldier; but surely different hats/helmets count as separate skins?
The Spec-ops is a different skin,
I've seen both black AND white Crewmen
What's more, each model has different equipment strapped to the texture itself.
Or are you just purely refering to "THERE IS A BLACK, AND A WHITE SOLDIER?"
I confuse myself.
Right. Soldiers that start out with body armour on the US team (ie when you SPAWN with body armour) are black. Soldiers that start out without body armour are white. However, if you pick up a kit with body armour when you are a light soldier you stay white, which is why you would have seen black and white crewmen, as it is a request kit.
Bassically anyone who starts off as a medic, engineer or SF soldier is white, while anyone who starts as a rifleman, light AT, AP rifleman or grenadier is black. This is their core model. If they pick up another kit (lets say a support kit) thier weapons, webbing, headgear, etc will change to reflect thier new class, but thier core model (ie jacket, trousers [or pants for you americanese speakers out there], boots, skin colour, etc) will stay the same. So if I start out as a rifleman then pick up a medic kit I wont suddenly turn white, but my kit and such will change to reflect the change of role.

I believe it's more than possible to have a different model/skin for each class. Right now, there's only two. But if you look at other factions (Particularly from SF) you will notice a much wider variety.
As for the U.S, I'd personally like to see some rekins for the current models that represent the vast amount of races within the U.S. Hispanics, Asian-Americans, Indians would just about do it.
Not sure about the British though. I did a Black British soldier recently on CNN about Al Basra. Though... he was about the only one

They would be alot better looking if they were less blurred together. Maybe make the camo sharper and more defined, that would make me happy.

Interesting. post TII.
But on the topic the skins are awful but thats okay because theres an explanation for it. One of the british voices is cheesy and highly unurgent too - but it maintains a calm side which makes it good in a way.
