Hack or hole in armor?

i shot an rpg from an elevated position towards the right side of a tank in al basra. the rpg hit the turret and i killed someone inside because someone typed on chat "someone is hacking, my gunner has just been killed inside a tank, who was that?"

i kept quiet because i didnt know how to defend myself but yes it happens
