How about only add the kill when the individual you've slain is accually dead, beyond revival?

most server has autokick for TKer if they get punished X amount of times, I think that works perfectly fine.
As well, you see the teamkill message on the top of the screen showing who is teamkilling.
Im not entirely against leaving teamwork score in, but I think moving to no scores during a round will really promote players to not focus on points, and focus on the objective at hand, which is really badly needed.

If you've ever flown as a Blackhawk pilot for a round, you probably know that you end up with a negative score, unless you dont get shot down at all.
I just removed my tab key because I would check instinctually, and now I dont. Problem solved.

Wait to do the points system for .9 or 1.0. After everything is said and done.
It is impossible for points to be given out correctly to mirror the assest a player has been to the team at this moment.

Being a dedicated blackhawk pilot is major league teamwork IMO. Well done.
