i think it is just right, because Army and USMC are quite different and there is allready in game (bradley, Apache(has been done for the Brits), Blackhawk(the USMC should get a Huey), the SR-25 might come back and so on)

btt: i would like to see the germans (since i am german(also if not beeing proud to be)), but i don't think it should have priority, because OPK made a good job and their mod isn't to unrealistic, but the best offcause would be a PR with the germans

a great PR storiline woudl contain

no, the huey aktually is a bit bigger, so it would rather replace the blackhawk, or perhabs blackhawk and LB ?

Gameplay is to similar to Vanilla for me, the new weapons loadouts and vehicles are fun though.
You get to play the Germans and the Serbs.

Pre-PR it was my favorite BF2 mod, the weapons are a bit more deadly than vanilla and it has some intresting vehicles. The maps are outstanding as far as there designs go, there fairly detailed as well. Some unique stuff with the Serbs and Germans, nice feel to it. Good fun, with a little more a an edge than vanilla,.....

China and MEC is unstandable, because they are being portrayed as the bad guys, but if you go out and look at what countries have deployed forces as part of the Coalition...

I think if they add a new army, they should take into consideration what countries are actually part of the current Coalition Force, unless they plan to add a fourth faction (I wouldn't mind Brit v Fr). Or, debate the question as to whether Battlefield 2's Coalition Force is working under a UN banner or not, cause if it isn't, you won't see German, Russian or French forces in it.

there are no bad guys in the game only factions with opposing views, theres no storyline to say who are the bad guys and who are the good guys

IF you're USMC, MEC+PLA are Bad.
IF you're MEC, USMC+BRIT are Bad.
IF you're PLA, USMC+BRIT are Bad.

Well, okay, other factions then. I can see the MEC and PLA fighting it out with each other, but I couldn't for example see Germany and USMC fighting each other, and with the current political and military stances over Iraq, I can't see Germany and USMC fighting alongside each other either.

I think the German army is very cool but hasn't Germany taken the stance of never fighting an offensive war unless under the guise of UN or NATO troops? In any case, I'd like to see the Russian or Israeli army implemented before another European army. I'm not going to hold my breath for either though.

Agreed, don't know about taiwan though amybe north korea would be a better army to add in.

Maybe the focus should move the other way, instead of feasible MEC opponents, how about feasible PLA opponents.. South Korea would be a logical choice, or Australia, both would definitely get involved in a conflict against China.
