its always rewarding playing karkand as a sniper on the left hand side of the hotel map in the hills.

while everybody else is nade spamming you are taking out the 10+ clever players making for the suburbs.

you get little to no credit but meh, i find i do more team play stuff now like defend a lot more. and i dont touch the g36e if possible, dont want to get back into bad habits.

ive also noticed a new liking for the suport guns so i think il be using saw a lot more in pr now.

Considering that DICE made a humpload of games based on Barbie, yes, Barbie the doll... Gay games isn't THAT far a leap for EA now, is it? ;)

They look ok but these models look a lot better with the rolled up sleeves and no "tightness" round the knees http://mods.moddb.com/4338/project-real ... ry/?page=6 , i think the sinper and spec ops look fine because they are like that in real life.

personally, having used the SA80 myself, I think they are very good models, although I can see one flaw with them.

There is no going back to vanilla after you try the insurgents' support gun on Al Basrah. You too can be a surgeon, a surgeon of death.

Truthfully, the first thing I thought when I saw this was "Why the hell do we care?"

Not trying to be mean, but its not like everyone that decides to leave has to announce it.

I think he was just showing how rubbish vBF2 is.

Who says im leaving? i just went to play. And this is general discussion where we discuss things. Everyone else seems to have found something to talk about in this thread.

I actually still play vBF2 more, though it can be a terrible place if you have a good group of regulars its not too bad.

I'm not enough of a regular on any PR servers to have the same community feeling I get on my clans server, and in the end its always more fun to play with "friends"

Plus the last few times I played there was more nade spamming then I get in a typical game in vBF, while they may get tossed around plenty in RL I can only deal with so much random explosive launching.

I say they both offer fun and different game play, with PR in general having a better player base. But if you can find a good group in vBF its still good.

Havent played VBF2 since i started playing PR, to be honest, id probably play VBF2 if the weapons were suped up a little.

Imagine the PR weapons on vBF2 with the same default kit load outs... I'd be seeing both teams full of support and medic and nothing else... That's what you'd be seeing with weapons being "suped up a little" in vBF2

Still, the thread is still kinda meh. I don't see any real importance to this, its like posting a thread like "Hey guys, I'm going to take a **** for a bit because real life graphics look better than PR graphics, and I don't get any lag!"

It seems like PR or BF3v both have problems. What id you could design your own war game. What would it be? How would it work? I wonder if any of us can so any better.

Air combat of Falcon 4.0 Allied Force, the tank/vehicle combat of Steel Beasts Pro, and the infantry combat of Ghost Recon (original).

Of course everyone who played it would need ten+ gigs of RAM and the best video card ever made.
