From the BF2:SF Surge description:
Local Rebels have reactivated an abandoned missile launch site in Kazakhstan and plan to launch a missile they have managed to piece together through acquisitions on the black market. The Spetsnaz are moving in to sabotage the launch site and clear out the insurgency.
Nothing explicit about what they're planning to use it for, although it's implied that it's supposed to be for blowing shi...stuff up. Not exactly (cough hack choke) the purpose of something bearing a striking similarity to the European Ariane 4 rocket, used to launch satellites.
I suppose it could be used if someone wanted to have a map along the lines of capturing a space center in Europe, though.

That Airfields Runway Though nice would be useless as Aircraft would be in the air Before thier even 1/4 of the way there sadly, i love such Detailed Airfields though Instead of the vBf2 Single Line takeoff from anywhere ones its just we take off too Fast, need a limit so more Runway is required to get up to Speed.

in the meantime I have dedcated one end of the runway to fixed wing and the other to rotary and a static....

i can modle stuff but have no clue how to add textures or anything like that. very basic modles i might add I made a p38 woot woot!
