Yeah, I guess my main suggestion was that the insurgents should get body armor to simulate their resilience to wounds. Apparently it would be more realistic to what is actually going on in real-life Iraq. I'm not so sure that a syringe would be the best idea.

ya, in Somolia most of the insurgents were high outta their minds, boosting their adrenaline and making them fierce and dangerous.
