It would prefer a safe spawnpoint near the mainbase to avoid the spawn death spawn death loop.
A little DoD, a spawnpoint inside an object or a little citadel like area.
And of course an high increased ticket bleed when all Flags are gone and more than 60% of the lossing Team is dead

A very high ticket bleed would be good as well...
Wow, I guess a lot of people enjoy getting their butt kicked playing PR.
Then again, maybe it's just the people who come to the PR forum are not the majority of players or the right players to represent the community. Last night I played on a "good" side against a lousy side. The losing side (no auto-balance on the server) players all kept dropping from the game. Maybe I am not incorrect?
Perhaps it is just the ultra-fans that enjoy the long process of losing? But, for the good of increasing mod popularity (the # of populated servers is declining), maybe increase ticket loss or implement the vote mechanism?

Why surrender when you've had your *** kicked for a reason.
Only p*ssies surrender and I'm not talking about cats.
You could do what everyone else does... and disconnect.

Unfair on the winning team. If you want to surrender, all spawn in the main and sit and wait for them to get you

If you are on the losing side, buck up. Become Squad leader and spread out. That way all of you wont' get wiped out. If you are losing bad, you need to step it up.
I like playing with a challenge. Play my VOIP INF squad on basrah or any other map. My squad always takes facility by itself against 12-25 insurgents.
Buck up and you will succeed.

I remember one occasion on Inshail Forest where my team (comprised mostly of guys from the[301] clan had captured all chineses basesso they couldn't spawn but to finish capping there main base we had to finish suburbs first. In the end we won because the whole chinese team disconnected not wanting to wait for another 10 minutes while e finished capping an d won the round
What I'm saying is that if there had been a surrender vote feature the round would have ended and the next would have been with a full server not a half full server
