The insurgent "APC" is the BRDM - a kind of an armored scout car. They have similar roles, so that's why they look alike. The BRDM is an older design, though, and it looks more like a Soviet vehicle (which it was).

it would e so fun, running around in this at 60+ mph with IED's not killing it in 1 hit, RPG's won't kill it in 1 hit, having the .50 cal and MK-19 killing everything

Well, when i do play as insurgents i truely sneak up on the vehicles, if i dont have a chance to jump up on the actual vehicle, i will place the devices on the Tracks or just underkneeth, I remember once i sneaked under a Tank, i had the Insurgent kit, as i used my grapling hook to get over the big wall, i sneaked up on the tank, he never even knew what was happening, after placeing my devices on the back of his tank, i used my graplin hook to go back... I exploaded the Devices his tank started burning, soon after that he died.. and said... that he almost shit him self lol... he wasnt ready for that big blow up his a$$ :P ...
usually it takes 3 devices to kill the tank, but as it was hit by an rpg, it died soon afterwards !.. its extremely fun to sneak up on those tanks and apcs to place devices..

also i got another question for you guys, i know the tornado is a UK based aircraft, will it repalce the role of the A-10's on basrah or will you comppletely remove the aircrafts from basrah`?!?!

Will, it’s been discussed that airplanes will be seen in 4km maps and since Al Basrah is a 2km map, then no. The Brits in Al Basrah will have the WAH-64 Apache/Longbow for air support. Also, even if a British aircraft was to be used for air support, it would likely be the Harrier II and not the Tornado.

Yea, as they said above, the Stryker isnt a Marine Material, so yea lol... But there would be cool with 1 or 2 more vehicles for the Us to use as IFV.... and the Brits needs some more air support vehicles i belive ? i know the devs are doing thier best.. just sudjestion a future production

The M1117 "Guardian" Armored Security Vehicle is used only by US Army MPs, not the Marines.

We've repeatedly stated that we will eventually have alternating maps with USMC/Navy and US Army/Air Force equipment.

The stryker is used as a bigger humvee, not quite a IFV, (ex. M2-M3, can deal with tanks and has 20mm cannon) but better protection than a humvee. It is not equal to a LAV
