I am for anything that would slow things down. I hate people who throw a dressing on the ground while reloading, or pulling out a frag. It should be more like a health pack, in that you have it out, and you use its "ammo" to heal etc.
Fire heals the team mated you are "pointing at" and alt fire heals your self. It would function like a normal magic bag....but non regenerating and much less Healing. Maybe enough in total to bring you back to 1/2 heath. And it shouldn't heal fast, Maybe 10 Seconds to expend its whole load.

Maybe also make it so moving will interrupt it. So you can just run away Bunny hoping and dodging like a 13 on crack.
Come to think of it.....theirs a lot of things in this Mod that shouldn't be able to occur while running. like laying Mines.... And placing IEDs etc. All that junk should require you to stop and place it rather then just sprint, Switch, Drop, Sprint.
