i have an idea how to do it
take the engineer vehicle and just replace the wrench sign to a medic cross sign

or just take an at humvee(cuz its a closed one) take the at gun off
close that hole on the humvee roof and put a medic sign on it its a great idea
1.cuz its closed
2.cuz it has room for 4 not battling passengers
and when you stand near you get healed or when you sit inside it you get healed

Or just don't....

If the medics and squads do their jobs, there is no need to waste resources on a vehicle that won't change gameplay that much.

Good piont. If a medic revives you then you he has to jump in a vehicle to get healed why not just heal him on the spot. More simple that way. Then you wont have to worry about some noob medic joy ridding the ambulance.

It is unrealistic...... I dont know why you guys play project reality. This game is for HC mil-sim realism players. To be honest, it would probably be more simple to have your teammate just die outright every time. But that is unrealistic.

I hope the PR devs expand this idea and implement it in some form. Reduce the amount of people that outright just die, and have them med-evac'ed. This would be fun to do.

Yes, it might get a little ignored and some might just drive around for a joyride. But hey, that will happen. Shoot, it already happens with medics. How often do medics run straight past your critically wounded body. And ignore you. Does that mean we should take out medics?

Im not saying that anyones idea of medevacs is perfect. But it is a good idea, and should be implemented.

Alright, thats enough from me.

Ohh and another thing, Med evacs should require you to evacuate the player. Maybe if he gets evac'ed he doesnt get a death.

They shouldnt just heal someone on the field and they get back to combat like they werent shot.

What about just making humvees carry medical supplies?, stand by a humvee, get medded, rejoin the fight.

Med-Evac idea is just kinda flat seeing as the bleed out time only gives you enough time to get to a squad medic, and you can't evac someone when they are incapacitated. Secondly, I sorta agree with the humvee type thing, but I dunno who is actually going to use it..? I mean everyone sits here and says yes this is a great idea, but who is actually going to spend their time driving a humvee all over the map getting shot at by AT and RPG's. Instead of fighting back and being with a squad or in the air, or in an armored vehicle.

Any implimentation of med-evacs would be unrealistic. You can heal if the medic is in the car, that is realsitic. Therefore it would make sense that a medic-evac required a medic to function.
If you can heal in the car, where are you going to evac too?? There are no field hospitals, a critically wounded guy, the prime candidate for evacuation can't move so can't get in one, a lightly injured guy could get in, but wouldn't need to go to a hospital, even if they had one, as he would be healed by the time he got back. All you'd be doing is taking him for a drive until he healed and depositing him back on the front lines where he came from. Not exactly realistic, and in fact no different from jumping in a medic carrying vehicle.

The only difference this would make would be to add non-attackable vehicles, which would be difficult to control, hard to impliment and open to abuse.

You want realism so bad, remove the shock paddles and give the medic a turnikit. Limit the amount of times the medic can heal (if it hasn't been already). The turnikit would stop the bleeding but wouldn't heal. I'm sure no one will like this idea but it would be more realistic then running around with the G.I. defibrillator. If you want the medivac make a limited request able kit with something like this: http://www.amherst.edu/~ehs/programs/He ... ys_Ed.html.
