this would be quite easy if we could use the private message feature in 2142.
oh wait sorry, it will be 135 years before EA that can develop an engine that can have a private messaging system.
if we did have a PM system, a squad of brits approach a civilian ask him to identify himself, then the civilian PMs the british telling them to follow his car
civilian drives outside house.
2 warriors drive up and a squad checks the house only to see
A: a weapons cache
B: about 8 packs of C4 on the walls.
the thing about this is it's realistic, this adds a whole new element to the game. now the guy with the best aim will not always be the best. and in the military it takes more than aim to be a good soldier.
i just want to run a test round on a private server (if you own a dedicated server and are willing to let us do this post a good time and password here)
and see how this works out.

That's a great idea. There could be a 20 second delay, then a UAV scan of that reveals insurgent locations 20 seconds ago. This would simulate an interrogation and the intelligence would not always be up to date.AOD_Morph wrote:well i think it would be cool if when you capture a civilian a sort of scan funtion from vbf2 tells you the locations of the insurgents...or half of them or something... to simulate interrogating the civilian after detaining him
